adult PSa1 lineage clone [FBbt_00050110]
A clone of neurons in the adult brain, all of which develop from neuroblast BAMv2.
A clone of neurons in the adult brain, all of which develop from neuroblast BAMv2.
Any neuron (FBbt:00005106) that is part of some adult (FBbt:00003004) and develops from some neuroblast BAmv2 (FBbt:00100553).
Neuron developing from the BAmv2 neuroblast.
Adult fruitless neuron with its soma ventral to the antennal lobe (Yu et al., 2010). It innervates the ipsilateral antennal mechanosensory and motor center (AMMC) zone A and projects to the posterior lateral protocerebrum (Yu et al., 2010; Vaughan et al., 2014). It develops from the BAmv2 (PSa1) neuroblast (Ito et al., 2013). There are approximately 22 of these cells per hemisphere (Cachero et al., 2010).
Adult fruitless neuron with its cell body located medial ventral to the antennal lobe (Yu et al., 2010). It projects through the esophageal foramen posteriorly then forms axonal arbors in the anterior dorsal region of the ipsilateral lobula (Yu et al., 2010). There is also arborization in the posterior brain (Yu et al., 2010). It develops from the BAmv2 (PSa1) neuroblast (Ito et al., 2013).
