Transmedullary neuron that terminates in lobula layer 5 with bleb-type arborizations. It displays fine arborizations in medulla layers M1, M2, M4, M5, M6 and M9, and has bleb-type arborizations in layers M5 and M8. It is a GABAergic neuron. (Fischbach and Dittrich, 1989, Raghu et al., 2013)
