Its secondary lineage forms arbors in the ipsilateral lobula and contralateral medulla, following a characteristic straight commissural tract between these regions (Ito et al., 2013; Yu et al., 2013; Wong et al., 2013. (Yu et al., 2013, Ito et al., 2013, Pereanu and Hartenstein, 2006, Wong et al., 2013)
