Catalysis of the reaction: N(6)-acetyl-L-lysyl-[protein] + NAD+ + H2O = L-lysyl-[protein] + 2’’-O-acetyl-ADP-D-ribose + nicotinamide. This reaction transfers an acetyl group from a protein to NAD, producing nicotinamide.
