Adult lateral horn output neuron of the PD3a5 group that fasciculates with the PD3 primary neurite tract (Bates et al., 2020. It is a secondary neuron that is part of the DPLm2 (LHd2) dorsal hemilineage (Bates et al., 2020; Schlegel et al., 2021. There are approximately three of these cells per hemisphere and they are glutamatergic (Bates et al., 2020; Schlegel et al., 2021. (Schlegel et al., 2021)
Cell type found in both hemibrain and FAFB (Schlegel et al., 2021. Schlegel et al., 2021 call this an LHLN.
