Adult fruitless neuron that develops from neuroblast DALcm1 (CREa2) (Ito et al., 2013; Yu et al., 2013. There are approximately 50 of these cells per hemisphere (Cachero et al., 2010. (Yu et al., 2013, Ito et al., 2013, Lee et al., 2000)
Cachero et al., 2010 map Kimura et al., 2008 AL4 to aSP-d, but Yu et al. (2010) map AL4 to their aSP3.
