Papilla of the dorsolateral group of the terminal organ, on the head of the embryo/larva. It is located more laterally than the dorsomedial papilla, next to the spot sensillum of the dorsolateral group. This sensillum is innervated by one dendrite, which ends with a tubular body, indicative of mechanosensation, below the bud-shaped cuticle shaft (Rist and Thum, 2017. (Chu-Wang and Axtell, 1972, Rist and Thum, 2017, Schmidt-Ott et al., 1994, Jurgens et al., 1986, Gallitano-Mendel and Finkelstein, 1998, Stocker, 1994)
