Adult descending neuron of the posterior brain of the DNpe050 group (Berg et al., 2025. It belongs to the DM6 central1 hemilineage (Berg et al., 2025. It receives input in the ipsilateral gorget, epaulette, vest, posterior ventrolateral protocerebrum, anterior ventrolateral protocerebrum, superior clamp, inferior clamp, superior intermediate protocerebrum and flange, and the gnathal ganglion, saddle and abdominal neuromere (Berg et al., 2025. It sends output to the ipsilateral antennal mechanosensory and motor center, accessory mesothoracic neuropil, vest, flange, T1 leg neuropil and T3 leg neuropil, and the gnathal ganglion, lower tectulum and abdominal neuromere (Berg et al., 2025. Its predicted neurotransmitter is acetylcholine (Eckstein et al., 2024; Berg et al., 2025. (Eckstein et al., 2024, Dorkenwald et al., 2024)
