Adult descending neuron of the posterior brain of the DNpe006 group (Berg et al., 2025. It belongs to the PSp3 hemilineage (Berg et al., 2025. It receives input in the ipsilateral anterior ventrolateral protocerebrum, posterior lateral protocerebrum, superior clamp, inferior clamp, wedge, superior posterior slope and T3 leg neuropil, and the gnathal ganglion and lower tectulum (Berg et al., 2025. It sends output to the ipsilateral antennal mechanosensory and motor center, vest, wedge, flange, T1 leg neuropil, T2 leg neuropil and T3 leg neuropil, the contralateral T1 leg neuropil, T2 leg neuropil and T3 leg neuropil, and the gnathal ganglion, lower tectulum and abdominal neuromere (Berg et al., 2025. Its predicted neurotransmitter is acetylcholine (Eckstein et al., 2024; Berg et al., 2025. (Eckstein et al., 2024, Dorkenwald et al., 2024)

Synapse locations are given where each cell of this type in neuprint has at least 10 connections. Hemilineage information from neuprint, though original source not clear.
