Intermediate component of the anterior part of the longitudinal ventral fascicle in the adult brain (Lovick et al., 2013; Hartenstein et al., 2015. It is formed from the BAlc (ALl1) ventral hemilineage and it innervates the antenno-mechanosensory and motor centre and the inferior ventrolateral cerebrum, a branch also enters the great commissure (Wong et al., 2013; Lovick et al., 2013. (Lovick et al., 2013, Wong et al., 2013, Hartenstein et al., 2015)
