The Template ROI Browser tab
The Template ROI Browser lists the painted anatomical regions of the current template brain as a tree, for adding them to the viewers.
The Template ROI Browser shows the painted domains (regions of interest) of the template currently loaded in the 3D Viewer, arranged as a tree that follows the anatomy ontology’s part-of hierarchy: expand a neuropil to see its sub-regions. Hover a row to see a short description of that region.
/ Load a region into the 3D and Slice viewers, or show/hide one that is already loaded
Change the colour of a loaded region
Click a region’s name to open its Term Info. Switching template (for example from the adult brain to the VNC or the larval CNS) reloads the tree for the new template.
