The Layers tab
The Layers tab lists everything currently loaded into the viewers and lets you show, hide, recolour, zoom to or remove each item.
Every neuron, expression pattern, region or template you add to the 3D Viewer appears as a row in the Layers tab, with its name, type and a thumbnail. Click a name to select it and open its Term Info; click the type to open the Term Info for that class.
Each row has a controls menu with:
- Show Info – open the item’s Term Info.
- Select / Unselect – highlight the item in the viewers.
- Show / Hide – toggle its visibility without removing it.
- Zoom To – centre the 3D camera on it.
- Show Volume and Show Skeleton – for items with both a mesh and a skeleton, choose which representation to draw.
- Color – recolour the item.
- Delete – remove it from the viewers.
The list updates as you add images from queries, the Term Info thumbnails or the Template ROI Browser.
