FlyCircuit — Chiang lab
Single-neuron images from the FlyCircuit collection, produced in the Chiang lab.
Introduction
FlyCircuit is a single-neuron image collection built in the Chiang lab from stochastic labelling of GAL4 lines, with one segmented neuron per image. It is the largest body of single-neuron light microscopy VFB holds outside the FlyLight MCFO sets, and it is what NBLAST was originally developed against, so it remains a dense reference for morphology search in the adult brain.
Each image links back to its record on flycircuit.tw, where the raw and unsegmented data live.
