Moved from transcription_regulatory_region (SO:0001679) to transcriptional_cis_regulatory_region (SO:0001055) by Dave Sant on Feb 11, 2021 when transcription_regulatory_region was merged into transcriptional_cis_regulatory_region to be consistent with GO and reduce redundancy as part of the GREEKC consortium.
