Neuroblast that has serial homologues across multiple neuromeres. All neuroblasts of the ventral nerve cord and gnathal ganglia are segmentally-repeated (Urbach et al., 2016. Most neuroblasts of the tritocerebrum and some neuroblasts of the deutocerebrum also have serial homology to neuroblasts of more posterior segments (Urbach et al., 2016. (Urbach et al., 2016)
