neuroblast CM3 [FBbt_00050142]

Type II centromedial neuroblast of the posterior deutocerebrum (Pereanu and Hartenstein, 2006; Hartenstein et al., 2015. Its primary lineage enters the ventromedial cerebrum and contributes to the longitudinal ventral posterior fascicle (Hartenstein et al., 2015. Its complex secondary lineage has four main sublineage tracts (Lovick et al., 2013 and reaches many parts of the brain (Ito et al., 2013; Yu et al., 2013, including the central complex (Kandimalla et al., 2023. It produces mostly neurons and only a small number of glial cells (Viktorin et al., 2011; Ren et al., 2018. (Kandimalla et al., 2023, Viktorin et al., 2011, Lovick et al., 2013, Ito et al., 2013, Ren et al., 2018, Hartenstein et al., 2015, Yu et al., 2013, Pereanu and Hartenstein, 2006)
