Odorant receptor neuron (ORN) whose dendrite transduces signals from a maxillary palp basiconic sensillum. The axons of these neurons fasciculate in the labial nerve and the antenno-subesophageal tract (AST) and innervate the antennal lobe. (Stocker et al., 1990)
