It develops from neuroblast ALv1 and follows the mediolateral antennal lobe tract (Bates et al., 2020; Scheffer et al., 2020). It has postsynaptic sites in the antennal lobe glomerulus VM3, antennal lobe glomerulus VC3, antennal lobe glomerulus DC1, antennal lobe glomerulus DM1, antennal lobe glomerulus DM4, lateral horn, antennal lobe glomerulus DP1m, antennal lobe glomerulus DP1l, antennal lobe glomerulus VC4, antennal lobe, inferior neuropils, posterior lateral protocerebrum, superior clamp, ventrolateral neuropils, superior neuropils, superior intermediate protocerebrum, antennal lobe glomerulus DL2v, antennal lobe glomerulus DC4 and antennal lobe glomerulus VM6 (Scheffer et al., 2020). It has presynaptic sites in the lateral horn, antennal lobe, inferior neuropils, posterior lateral protocerebrum, superior clamp, ventrolateral neuropils, superior neuropils and superior intermediate protocerebrum (Scheffer et al., 2020).
