LHAV6c1 [FBbt_00049366]

Adult lateral horn output neuron of the AV6c1 group that fasciculates with the AV6 primary neurite tract (Dolan et al., 2019. It is a secondary neuron that is part of the BLAd2 (SIPa1) ventral hemilineage (Bates et al., 2020. There are approximately four of these neurons per hemisphere and they are glutamatergic (Dolan et al., 2019; Schlegel et al., 2021. (Schlegel et al., 2021, Bates et al., 2020, Dolan et al., 2019)
