Optic glomerulus formed by the axon terminals of lobula columnar (LC) 9 neurons (Wu et al., 2016. It is found in the dorsal anterior part of the posterior ventrolateral protocerebrum medial to the LC6 glomerulus (Wu et al., 2016. LC9 axon terminals retain rough anterior-posterior topography in this glomerulus (Dombrovski et al., 2023. (Dombrovski et al., 2023, Wu et al., 2016)
