It is found in the ventral medial part of the posterior ventrolateral protocerebrum ventral to the LPLC1 and LPLC2 glomeruli (Wu et al., 2016. LC4 axon terminals retain anterior-posterior topography in this glomerulus (Dombrovski et al., 2023. (Wu et al., 2016, Dombrovski et al., 2023)
