Adult fruitless neuron that develops from neuroblast SMPad4 (Ito et al., 2013). There are approximately 3 of these cells per hemisphere (Cachero et al., 2010).

Slight discrepancy here, in that SMPad4 clones only found to contain 2 neurons in Ito et al. (2013), but possible that these were only partial clones.
