Adult descending neuron of the posterior brain of the DNpe056 group (Berg et al., 2025. It receives input in the ipsilateral lateral accessory lobe, accessory mesothoracic neuropil, gorget, epaulette, posterior ventrolateral protocerebrum, anterior ventrolateral protocerebrum, posterior lateral protocerebrum, superior clamp, inferior clamp, wedge, superior posterior slope, T1 leg neuropil, T2 leg neuropil and T3 leg neuropil, and the cervical connective, gnathal ganglion, saddle, lower tectulum and abdominal neuromere (Berg et al., 2025. It sends output to the ipsilateral antennal mechanosensory and motor center, accessory mesothoracic neuropil, gorget, epaulette, posterior ventrolateral protocerebrum, anterior ventrolateral protocerebrum, posterior lateral protocerebrum, inferior clamp, wedge, flange, wing neuropil, T1 leg neuropil, T3 leg neuropil and T2 medial ventral association center, and the gnathal ganglion, lower tectulum and abdominal neuromere (Berg et al., 2025. Its predicted neurotransmitter is acetylcholine (Eckstein et al., 2024; Berg et al., 2025. (Dorkenwald et al., 2024, Eckstein et al., 2024)
