One of the terminal branches of the antennal nerve in the antenna. One branch goes to the Johnston's organ in the second antennal segment. In the third antennal segment, the nerve splits into 3 major branches, which further ramify to innervate the external sensory organs of this segment. (Jhaveri et al., 2000)
