Adult male fruitless neuron that develops from neuroblast DM2 (Ren et al., 2016 and has its cell body in the posterior medial protocerebrum (Cachero et al., 2010. There are approximately 23 of these cells per hemisphere (Cachero et al., 2010; Ren et al., 2016. (Yu et al., 2010, Yu et al., 2013, Ren et al., 2016, Cachero et al., 2010, Ito et al., 2013)
Cachero et al., 2010 unclear whether this or pMP-a maps to Yu et al., 2010 pMP5 - images look like pMP5 is pMP-b.
