A clone of neurons in the adult brain, all of which develop from neuroblast DM5. (Pereanu and Hartenstein, 2006, Ito et al., 2013, Yu et al., 2013)
Previously mapped to CM3 based on FlyBase:FBrf0194268 and FlyBase:FBrf0214495. This was corrected to CM1 based on FlyBase:FBrf0260535 and personally checked by Volker Hartenstein.
